Boric Acid Powder (600mg)- USP Grade “USP” indicates United State Pharmacopeia Grade (Pharmaceutical Grade)
Directions
Insert one DeRima (1) suppository into the vagina as needed, preferably before bedtime • Mild infection requires one DeRima (1) suppository per day for 6-14 days • More acute infection requires one DeRima (1) suppository twice a day for 6 days, or longer • If subjected to chronic infections, using one DeRima (1) suppository a day during menstruation may help prevent infections. Consult with your physician to determine the appropriate treatment dosage for your situation.

I strongly advise you not to use these capsules orally, even if you take the acid out. Boric acid is not intended to be taken on its own.
There is a disolveable capsule with boric acid encased in it.
It dissolved completely after 20min., but some might end up in your underwear. I recommend wearing a pad or panty liner.
Many women find it easier to insert the suppositories by hand, however, any applicator can be used to insert them.
It keeps you fresh and clean, no smell.
